| This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "Utility of MALDI-TOF MS for determination of species identity and blood meal sources of primary malaria vectors on the Kenyan coast", published in the Wellcome Open Research journal.
The data files contains results on the evaluation of MALDI-TOF MS as a tool for entomological surveillance by discrimination aganst members An. gambiae and An. funestus complex and their respective blood meal sources. The data obtained was entered into excel sheet for analysis. |
