<p>The purpose of this study was to explore the leadership styles, career paths, and challenges facing women leaders. The study, conducted by the Radcliffe Public Policy Center, included 453 women who were either members of The Boston Club or the Radcliffe College Alumnae Association.</p> |

Murray Research Archive to provide funding agencies with essential information about use of archival resources, to fulfill requirements of some memoranda of agreement, and to promote the broader exchange of information about research activities. |
