Abstract: |
This is a dataframe file (csv) contains the individual values of motility parameters, obtained from boar sperm with aid of a CASA system. This dataset was used to identify kinematic subpopulations (Principal Component Analysis -> Hierarchical clustering). Each row in this dataframe could be linked to their corresponding dataframe of coordinates. The file of coordinates (Saul_tarj.txt) contains the coordinates to construct the image of trajectory of each sperm (rows in the Motility_Results file). |
