Abstract:

We open data to serve the Science of Science. The Disruption score of 19,495,814 MAG papers during 1830-2021. Each row is a paper, columns include MAGPaperId, Year, Field, Team size, Multi-Institution or not, Citation, Disruption. See figures at https://lingfeiwu.github.io/smallTeams/ New Updates on Jan 22, 2023: The Field of a paper is identified based on its MAG field-of-study (FOS) label(s). MAG FOS is a six-level taxonomy. Level 0 includes the names of 19 fields, level 1 includes the names of 292 subfields, and levels 2-5 include 543,454 keywords. For each paper, we retrieve and keep its Level 0 label(s), coded below: 0 political science 1 geology 2 medicine 3 history 4 mathematics 5 physics 6 materials science 7 biology 8 business 9 chemistry 10 engineering 11 economics 12 art 13 philosophy 14 computer science 15 geography 16 psychology 17 sociology 18 environmental science

D-score of 19,495,814 MAG papers over 190 years (1830-2020). The fields are: MAGpaperID,year, field, teamsize, citation, disruption. Correction made on 2021-05-21: the earlier version calculated the number of institutions (with duplicates) instead of the number of authors for "teamsize". It is corrected in the new version.
