Abstract:

Chicken samples from Dhaka, Mymensingh, and Patuakhali were analyzed for both prevalence and microbial load of bacterial pathogens Escherichia coli, Salmonella, Staphylococcus, and Aliarcobacter. Pathogen prevalence determined by PCR. Microbial load determined by count on plated media (CFU/g).
