Abstract:

Images are organized based on the figure they belong to. The 'Figure 1' folder contains Hoechst and BeRST images for each keratinocyte age. These images were used to quantify the bioelectric properties of keratinocytes across different ages. They are stitched images and have been labeled numerically based on the replicate number. The 'Figure 2' folder contains Beta-galactosidase and Hoechst images. These images were used to calculate the integrated density of the β-Gal signal per cell. Biological replicates are indicated by the numerical names of the folders for each age. The 'Figure 3' folder contains BeRST time-series images of keratinocytes at varying ages, taken pre- and post-treatment with Pinacidil. These images were used to determine the degree of responsiveness to drug treatments as well as the level of resilience. The 'Figure 4' folder contains spatial images used to compute Moran’s I calculations. The 'Figure 5' folder contains images of β-Gal and Hoechst. These images were used to calculate β-Gal activity, cell number, and chromatin condensation levels. The 'Figure 6' folder contains time-series images of cells pretreated with bioelectric-modulating conditions. These data were used to calculate the responsiveness of pretreated cells. The 'Figure 7' folder contains spatial images of pretreated keratinocytes used to compute Moran’s I autocorrelation. The 'SuppFig1' folder contains VF2.0 images at 600 nM and 50 nM concentrations.
