Abstract: |
This database covers all cases for which the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights has published reports on the merits from 1992 to 2019. The units of analysis are recommendations issued in the reports. Thus, this database does not include private merits reports that the IACHR issued under Article 50 of the American Convention on Human Rights, but did not publish according to Article 51. |
