Abstract: |
<p>This is a replication dataset for the manuscript: "<i><a href="">Inpatient and post-discharge mortality among children with anaemia and malaria parasitaemia in coastal Kenya: a cohort study</a>."</i></p> <p>This was a secondary analysis of Pediatric admissions at Kilifi County Hospital (KCH) from 2010 to 2019 linked to the Kilifi Health Demographic Surveillance System (KHDSS). The objective of the study was to describe anemia and malaria parasitaemia in under-fives at the time of hospital admission, and estimate their inpatient and one-year post-discharge mortality.</p> |
