Abstract: |
This dataset includes the code and coordinate-based meta-analysis (CBMA) brain maps necessary to replicate the findings reported in the main text. All CBMA maps are also available from their original sources on Neurovault.org (links provided in the R code and main text). I have retained the original CBMA file names for transparency. Note that Figures 1A and 3 of the main text require an additional program for replication (MRIcroGL). A link to the software is provided in the README.txt file. The .py scripts here can be run within MRIcroGL to reproduce the brain renderings. |
