<p>This is a repilcation dataset for the manuscript titled: "<a href="">High-throughput sequencing approaches applied to SARS-CoV-2</a>."</p> <p>This data comes from GISAID and contains SARSCoV-2 sequences information.</p> <p>Data description:<br> <ol> <li>all_combined.csv: These data contains generated SARSCoV-2 sequences across the world using different sequencing platforms as per 18th January 2022.</li> <li>gisaid_dataset2: contains a short oberview of SARSCoV-2 sequences available in GISAID as per 18th January 2022.</li> <li>coordinates_1.tsv: contains coordinates of countries in the world.</li> <li>world_bank.csv: contains economic status of countries in the world.</li> </ol> |
