Abstract:

<p>The data contains var gene expression data of P. falciparum clinical isolates from children aged 0-167 months. The data also contains antibody levels to the surface of P. falciparum infected erythrocytes each child had when the sample was taken. The variable bradno= sample id, Veh= var expression homogeneity, anti-IE=antibodies to infected erythrocytes, cys2=expressed sequence tags containing 2 cysteines. Tu at the end of the variables from column 6 stand for arbitrary transcript unit and tu1 is derived from delta ct and tu4 is derived from deltadelta ct as described in the methods.</p>
