The following replication materials contain all scripts that would convert the raw data used in the project to the usable analytic datasets, as well as the scripts that then produce the analysis, figures, and tables in the final paper and its appendices. Two of the main sources of data (L2 voter file and CoreLogic Deed inventory) are private data sources and thus, cannot be shared publicly here. However, anyone who can access those datasets should be able to replicate the paper fully using the scripts included here.
