Abstract: |
<p>D&B Historical provides access to point-in-time data for U.S. private and public companies. Data goes back to 1969 with the exception of 1981 and 1984 which are unavailable. The businesses included in the annual files were active by the end of that year and had at least basic information available including company name and address (city, state and zip code). Other variables available for most companies include sales volume, employee counts, and sic codes, Consult the data dictionary for further information. Companies that may have requested to be removed from D&B listing are excluded from this dataset.</p> <p>File Format:</b> available in csv and txt format.</p> <p>DATA AVAILABLE FOR YEARS: 1969-2024 (1981, 1984 data unavailable)</p> |
