Description
| The dataset contains sequence data used to publish findings in the manuscript titled: "Plasmodium falciparum adapts investment into replication versus reproduction transmission according to host environment" submitted to ELife Journal.
The data was generated to investigate the impact of host inflammatory response on the infecting malaria parasites. The study used clinical data collected from children presenting with malaria (1994-2014), gene transcription (ap2g, pfsir2a, pfs16) of the parasites isolated from the children, plasma level of PfHRP2, 34 inflammatory markers and lipidome |
