| This dataset includes geospatial information concerning places mentioned in the trial records related to two slave conspiracies organized at the Pointe Coupée Post in the Spanish territory of Louisiana in 1791 and 1795. The data was created by a research team at UC Berkeley dedicated to preserving, digitizing, transcribing, translating, and analyzing manuscripts from these conspiracies. |
