Description

This is a replication dataset for the manuscript titled: "Surveillance of respiratory viruses at health facilities from across Kenya, 2014."

These data originated from surveillance carried out in 11 sites across Kenya. It contains patients' demographics and clinical features, samples tested, samples positive, respiratory virus targets, years and months of sample collection.
