Description
Users can find out where different groups of foreign-born populations are living in the United States.

Background

The Who’s Where in the United States Database is maintained by the Migration Policy Institute. This website allows users to search the distribution of the foreign-born living in the United States.

User Functionality

Users can search the distribution of the foreign-born living in the United States according to country of origin, continent or region.

Data Notes

Data were derived from the 2000 U.S. Census Bureau Census. Data about foreign-b orn residents are available on a U.S state and regional level. Data pertaining to origin are available on a country, continental and regional level. (2011-05)
