The Child Support Guidelines Database is maintained by the National Conference of State Legislatures. This database allows users to track legislation related to child support. Topics include: child care expenses, low income guidelines, retroactive support, shared parenting, and medical support.

User Functionality

Users can search state child support legislation by topic. Users can view summaries of state legislation.

Legislation information is available on a state level. The website does not indicate when the database is updated. (2011-01)
