This map library contains high-resolution .jpg images of 36 maps ascribed to Beauplan, thereby: 1) assuring preservation of and access to this set of valuable historical and cultural resources; 2) alleviating the need for users to scour the internet in search of these materials. NOTE: This library focuses on Beauplan’s maps of Ukraine and surrounding regions, and does NOT contain the series of Beauplan maps that cover the wider area of central Europe. This dataverse also contains a document named Map-Index.pdf that provides a table containing the name of each map in the library, the four-letter code used in this library to help identify individual maps, and a link to each map .jpg image in the Beauplan's Map Library dataverse.
