The 13CO/C18O (J = 3 → 2) Heterodyne Inner Milky Way Plane Survey (CHIMPS) is a high-resolution spectral survey covering |b| ≤ 0.5° and 28° ≲ l ≲ 46°. It has an angular resolution of 15” and consists of 0.5 km/s velocity channels. Because of its rarer isotopologues the survey probes a higher critical density of CO (>10^4 cm^-3) at temperatures less than 20 K. It acts as a good complement to the JCMT and Hi-GAL surveys of the Galactic plane due to similar spatial resolution.

Andrew Rigby, 2016, "CHIMPS Extended Observations: Spectral Line (3D)", https://doi.org/10.7910/DVN/APMCFQ, Harvard Dataverse, V1
This dataset consists of extended spectral line observations for the 13CO and C18O (J = 3 → 2) transitions. The data available consists of an 18 sq. deg region in the longitude range 28° ≲ l ≲ 46°. Data products are available in fits format mainly as mosaics, and can be downloaded in ~1 sq. deg. tiles. Integrated l-b intensity maps, along with posi...
