CIARS is a Brazilian network to develop scientific research of excellence, as well as generation of technology and innovation having as Priority Strategic Axis "Data Science and Artificial Intelligence". The group is composed by several Brazilian universities, such as UFRGS, PUCRS, UFSM, FURG, UFPel, UFCSPA, UPF, among others.
