The purpose of this study was to assess the impact of early head start programs in response to the 1994 Head Start reauthorization which established a special initiative for services to families with infants and toddlers.

Please note that "site ID" variable data is available in the restricted "public use" files for each dataset (the public ID has a "site ID" variable that prevents identification of subjects), and the consortium dataset is restricted for use to EHS consortium members.
