The H2O Southern Galactic Plane Survey (HOPS) has mapped a 100 degree strip of the Galactic plane (-70° > l > 30°, | b | < 0.5°) at 12 mm wavelengths. Thermal lines of interest include the NH3 J,K = (1,1) and (2,2) transitions, which probe molecular cloud densities on the order of n > 104 cm-3. The spatial resolution of the survey is 2’, and the velocity resolution is ~0.42 km/s. The link to the homepage for the HOPS survey can be found here.
