The Journal of Public Policy (JPP) applies social science theories to significant political, economic and social issues and to the ways in which public policies are made.

In order to promote data sharing, research transparency and study replication, authors of articles accepted by JPP must submit their quantitative data to this repository.

For more information on how to do this, please review the JPP Guide to Dataverse and Instructions for Contributors, as well as the user guides and support available from Dataverse.

Wiget, Milena; Lienert, Judit; Ingold, Karin, 2025, "Replication Data for: Understanding Policy Instrument Preferences under Conflicting Beliefs and Uncertainty", https://doi.org/10.7910/DVN/MVVXPF, Harvard Dataverse, V1, UNF:6:lfoMCm0B9S3KvcLHdiYxCw== [fileUNF]
Anticipating policy instrument preferences can be an important step in policy design to address pressing sustainability problems. But studying preferences for policy instruments is a difficult task because sustainability problems involve a non-negligible degree of trade-offs and uncertainty. We therefore study the role of actors' underlying ideolog...
