Field Cricket Contests

This dataverse represents a large collection of 10-minute video recordings of contests between two individual field crickets (Insecta, Orthoptera, Gryllidae, Gryllinae). Each dataset contains the contests for a different species. The methods used to raise the crickets and conduct the behaviour trials is contained within the following manuscript posted to bioRxiv: https://doi.org/10.1101/2024.12.11.627984
