ETHICS: You will obtain relevant IRB approval prior to using the UDAYA, Adolescent Survey data.

ACCESS: Access to the data will be limited to the personnel listed when you sign the Guestbook. You will not distribute or permit others to distribute any of the data to a person who is not listed.

SECURITY: You will store and analyze UDAYA, Adolescent Survey data in a secure computing environment.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT: You will cite the UDAYA, Adolescent Survey as the data source in all reports, presentations, and publications based on the data. Citations will appear in footnotes or in the reference section of any manuscripts. See suggested citation above. Suggested Acknowledgment: This research uses data from the study on "Understanding the Lives of Adolescents and Young Adults (UDAYA) in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh" which was collected by the Population Council.

You will cite the funding sources or the data used in your analysis. Suggested Acknowledgment: Data collection funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation and the David and Lucile Packard Foundation.
