The Drivers of Food Choice (DFC) Competitive Grants Program (2015-2020) aimed to facilitate, synthesize and disseminate research to provide a deep understanding of the drivers of food choice among the poor in low- and middle-income countries. The DFC portfolio consists of 15 sub-awards across 10 countries. This research is funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the UK Government’s Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office.
