The PRCT is a transitional justice dataset focusing specifically (and exclusively) on prosecutions in contexts of transitional politics. The PRCT provides – for the first time – systematic information on the quality of transitional prosecutions. Each set of transitional prosecutions is coded as either ‘Free and fair’ or ‘Flawed’ depending on the overall quality of their implementation.
