This dataset comes from a panel phone survey of 2,636 rural households in 90 villages in the districts of Kailali and Kanchanpur in the western Terai region of Nepal, collected from August 2019 through October 2020. Important outcomes include food security, migration and remittances, wage and self-employment labor at home, wage income, subjective well-being, and agricultural investment.
